Basing on the recommendation of HEC COMMUNICATED in 2018 and reminded recently when HEC was checking staff files;Reference made to the Communiqué of 12^th January 2022 and the communiqué of 7^th February 2023 requesting the teaching staff to submit to the Office of HR their degrees and certificate of equivalence where applicable;
