Program's Overview

Formerly known as the Department of Land Administration and Management since 2012, we have undergone a comprehensive transformation to better align with industry demands. Our program is unique among Rwanda's private universities, designed to provide students with practical skills for a successful career. The BSc program has evolved to meet the dynamic challenges of the real estate and land management sectors, covering four years in eight semesters.

Our BSc program is not new but rather a refined version of the old LAM BSc Program. The restructuring includes two dynamic options catering to your interests and career aspirations. We maintain the original spirit of the Old LAM program while enhancing its practical and technical aspects. The changes have significantly increased employability in both public and private sectors through additional modules.

Options Available

1.Land Administration and Management (Option 1): Tailored to meet current regional needs, this option focuses on land administration and practical use planning. Aligned with Rwanda's political orientation, it equips graduates with technical skills to tackle real-world land-related challenges.

2.Valuation and Property Management (Option 2): Responding to market demands and graduates' aspirations for self-employment, this option is crafted based on industry feedback. Graduates are well prepared to excel in valuation and property management careers.
