2. Apply for admission letter at INES-Ruhengeri
3. Use admission letter to apply for visa
4. Attach the valid students visa
5. Attach the A2 advanced certificate with at least 2 principal passes
6. Attach the Passport
7. Attach the passport photo
8. criminal record certificate or Police crealence Certificate
9. Get Admission letter
Apply In Level II, III, IV
1. Apply for equivalence on Link here
2. Apply for admission letter at INES-Ruhengeri
3. Use admission letter to apply for visa
4. Attach the valid students visa
5. Attach the A2 advanced certificate with at least 2 principal passes
6. Attach transcripts from former university
7. Attach the Passport
8. Attach the passport photo

10. Get Admission letter
Apply For Masters
1. Apply for equivalence on Link here
2. Go to INES-Ruhengeri to apply for admission
3. Attach the Bachelor’s degree
4. Attach the Curriculum vitae
5. Attach the national ID or Passport
6. Attach the passport photo
7. Attach transcripts from former university
8. criminal record certificate or Police crealence Certificate
9. Get Admission letter
