Program's Overview

The Master of Science in Construction Technology and Management is a specialized postgraduate program designed to address the growing demand for highly skilled professionals capable of managing complex infrastructure projects in Africa and beyond. The program bridges engineering, technology, and management, equipping students with the theoretical knowledge and practical expertise necessary to lead in the construction industry.

This program focuses on enhancing competence in advanced construction methods, project and business management, applied programming, and civil engineering technologies. A strong emphasis is placed on industrial-based research, preparing graduates to solve real-world problems through innovation and evidence-based strategies.

Entry Requirements

Combinations

Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following areas:

Civil Engineering

Water or Hydraulics Engineering

Environmental or Water Resources Engineering

Construction Technology or Project Management

Geotechnical, Structural, or Material Engineering

Additional Criteria:

At least a Second Class Upper Division

Foreign degrees must be validated by relevant Rwandan authorities
