Ms. NIRERE Claudine is the Laboratories Quality Manager at INES-Ruhengeri. She holds a Master’s degree in Education Management and Administration from the University of Kigali and a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry with Education.

In her role, she is responsible for overseeing quality assurance and compliance across all institutional laboratories. She ensures that laboratory practices, safety protocols, and academic support systems align with institutional standards and national regulations.

With a strong foundation in both science and education, Ms. Nirere brings a unique blend of technical and managerial expertise to her work. She is committed to promoting excellence in practical learning and contributing to the continuous improvement of laboratory services at INES-Ruhengeri.
