Mr. NDAYISHIMIYE Joseph is a Tutorial Assistant in the Department of Anaesthesia and serves as the Anaesthesia Skills Lab Coordinator at INES-Ruhengeri. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Anaesthesia from the University of Rwanda.
