Mr. GASIRABO Evariste is an Administrative Assistant in the Office of the Deputy Vice Chancellor for Academic and Research Affairs at INES-Ruhengeri. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration and Good Governance from INES-Ruhengeri and brings strong organisational, communication, and service-oriented skills to his role.

He is responsible for supporting the coordination of academic and research-related activities, managing official correspondence, and ensuring the efficient functioning of the office. Known for his reliability, attention to detail, and professionalism, Mr. Gasirabo was voted Best Employee in the Administrative Staff category on 1st May 2025, in recognition of his outstanding commitment and performance.
