Mrs. Nyirabashumba Ladegonde has been appointed as the Acting Director of Quality Assurance at INES-Ruhengeri, with her tenure beginning on 2nd July 2025. In this role, she will oversee the implementation of quality assurance frameworks, coordinate internal and external academic reviews, lead institutional quality audits, evaluate academic programs, ensure compliance with accreditation standards, and promote a culture of continuous improvement across the institution.

Prior to this appointment, she served as the Academic Quality Monitor at INES-Ruhengeri. Her dedication and professionalism earned her recognition as the Best Employee for the 2019–2020 academic year.

She holds a Master of Arts in Educational Quality in Developing Countries from the University of Bamberg, Germany, and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from INES-Ruhengeri.
