Clement Munyentwari is the Acting Director of the Directorate of ICT at INES-Ruhengeri, a role he assumed on 6th May 2025. He holds a Master of Science in Information Technology from Carnegie Mellon University – Africa, a leading institution in technology and innovation on the continent.

Prior to this appointment, Clement served as an Assistant Lecturer in Computer Science, Head of the Department of Computer Science, and ICT Coordinator at INES-Ruhengeri. Throughout these roles, he has been actively involved in teaching undergraduate ICT-related modules and supervising student research projects.

His research interests focus on the design and development of location-based software applications (mobile/web), as well as cutting-edge areas such as Big Data and the Internet of Things (IoT).
