Mr. Uwishema Valentin holds a Bachelor's degree in Land Administration and Management from INES-Ruhengeri (2015–2019) and a Master's degree in Photogrammetry and Geoinformatics from Hochschule für Technik Stuttgart, Germany (2021–2023).

He is currently serving as an Assistant Lecturer at INES-Ruhengeri in the Department of Land Management and Valuation. He teaches modules including Geographical Information Systems (GIS), Remote Sensing, Cartography, Photogrammetry, GNSS, Land Use Planning, and Spatial Data Infrastructure (SDI). His current research interests focus on GIS and Remote Sensing applications, and he actively supervises undergraduate research projects.
