Bemeyimana Jean Marie Vianney is an experienced education professional with a Bachelor's in English Literature and Linguistics from the former national University of Rwanda (NUR Butare, 2009) and a Master’s in Education Management and Administration from Kampala University (KU- Uganda, 2015). He has served as a High School Head Teacher, District Education Advisor, Project Coordinator, and National English Trainer. He has also mentored teachers as a School-Based Mentor. With over eight years in higher education, he has lectured at Protestant University and INES Ruhengeri, teaching English-related courses and Business Communication. He also coordinated language programs and promoted professional communication skills. His work reflects a strong commitment to educational leadership, teacher development, and student success.
