Dr. Pascal SIBOMANA holds a PhD in Geography from the Université de Liège and a Master’s degree in Water and Environmental Engineering from the International Institute for Water and Environmental Engineering (2iE), Burkina Faso, with a specialization in Infrastructure and Hydraulic Networks. He is currently a Lecturer in the Department of Water Engineering at INES-Ruhengeri, where he teaches Fluid Mechanics and Appropriate Sanitation Technology.

His doctoral research focused on “Landslide Distribution in the Changing Landscapes of the North-Western Province of Rwanda.” He supervises final-year research projects for students in both the Civil Engineering and Land Survey departments. In addition, he has been involved in the design and supervision of water supply systems, irrigation schemes, and hydrological studies.
