Mrs. Consolee MBONIMANA is an Assistant Lecturer and the Head of the Department of Computer Science in the Faculty of Sciences and Information Technology at INES-Ruhengeri, Rwanda.
She holds a Master’s degree and brings a strong academic and technical foundation to her role. Her work focuses on advancing computer science education through both teaching and departmental leadership. As Head of Department, she is responsible for coordinating academic activities, curriculum enhancement, and promoting innovation and excellence in computer science at INES-Ruhengeri.
