Degife Teshome Regasa is a Lecturer and Head of the Department of Anaesthesia in the Faculty of Health Sciences at INES-Ruhengeri. Originally from Ethiopia and currently residing in Musanze District, Northern Province, Rwanda, he holds a Master’s degree and brings valuable academic and clinical expertise to the field of anaesthesiology.

As both an educator and departmental leader, Mr Degife is committed to training competent anaesthesia professionals and advancing healthcare education. His work plays a vital role in developing skilled practitioners who uphold safety and excellence in medical practice.
