Munyaneza Eustache is a committed legal professional and academic with a diverse background in law, philosophy, and theology. He currently serves as the Head of the Department of Law and the Acting Dean of the Faculty of Law and Public Administration at INES-Ruhengeri. With more than a decade of experience in legal advisory, academic leadership, and institutional governance, he brings a rare blend of legal expertise and administrative acumen.
Mr. Munyaneza serves as Director of Cabinet and Legal Advisor at INES-Ruhengeri, where he plays a central role in institutional policy-making, legal compliance, and contract management. His experience also includes successful legal practice in civil, commercial, and labor law, as well as advocacy within the Judicial Defenders Association (Corps de Défenseurs Judiciaires).
As a lecturer, Mr. Munyaneza is known for his engaging teaching style and deep subject mastery in courses such as Constitutional Law, Family Law, and various legal procedures. He is also an active research supervisor in areas of human rights and international law.
