Mrs. Tharcille Dukuzemariya Showcases PhD Research on Resettlement Housing and Livelihoods in Kigali

As part of its ongoing commitment to research excellence and knowledge sharing, INES Ruhengeri hosted an academic research seminar featuring Mrs. Tharcille Dukuzemariya, a PhD Candidate and Lecturer in the Department of Land Survey.
