INES-Ruhengeri Welcomes Delegation from Aarhus University, Denmark

The INES-Ruhengeri today welcomed a delegation from Aarhus University during a one-day visit to the INES-Ruhengeri campus.

The visit followed earlier discussions aimed at exploring opportunities to strengthen and expand cooperation between the two institutions in areas of academic collaboration, knowledge exchange, and institutional partnership.

During a guided campus tour, the delegation experienced the conducive learning environment that supports students at INES-Ruhengeri. A key highlight of the tour was the visit to the Health Sciences facilities. The delegation explored several specialized laboratories, including the Histopathology and Clinical Microbiology laboratories, where students gain hands-on practical training as part of their professional preparation. The team was introduced to the modern equipment and practical learning approaches used to equip students with the scientific and technical competencies required in the health sector.

This visit marks another important milestone in INES-Ruhengeri’s continued efforts to strengthen international collaboration with leading universities around the world. By fostering such partnerships, the institution aims to expand opportunities for students and staff while enhancing the quality and relevance of higher education.
