Mr. NSHUNGUYIMANA Jean Bosco is the Academic Monitoring Officer in the Directorate of Quality Assurance at INES-Ruhengeri. In this role, he is responsible for ensuring the quality, compliance, and continuous improvement of academic programmes and teaching practices through systematic monitoring, audits, reporting, and policy implementation.

He holds a Master’s degree in Education Management and Administration from the University of Kigali (2025) and a Bachelor’s degree in Education (Biology) from the former Kigali Institute of Education (2011). He has also completed various professional development courses, including career guidance, technology literacy, ICDL, and a CPD Diploma in Effective School Leadership (University of Rwanda, 2021).

Before joining INES-Ruhengeri, Mr. Nshunguyimana served for more than 13 years as Deputy Headteacher in Charge of Studies and Biology Teacher at Lycée Saint Jérôme Janja, where he gained extensive experience in academic leadership, student support, and instructional supervision.

He is characterised by his hardworking nature, strong ethical standards, self-direction, attention to detail, and commitment to advancing educational quality. He is passionate about effective leadership and the use of digital tools to enhance learning outcomes and improve institutional performance.
