Mr. DUSABIMANA Jean D’Amour is a Lecturer in the Department of Civil Engineering at INES-Ruhengeri. He is a PhD candidate in Hydraulics and Geotechnics at KU Leuven and holds a Master’s degree in Water and Environmental Engineering. He is a highly skilled civil, water, and environmental engineer with a strong background in research and practical project experience.

Since 2015, Mr. DUSABIMANA has contributed to academia as a lecturer and researcher, while also providing consultancy services for various development projects. His expertise includes project planning and management, as well as conducting hydrological and hydraulic studies, with a particular focus on water-related initiatives. He is known for his dedication to advancing sustainable water and environmental solutions through both his teaching and research.
