Mr. MANIRAGABA Jean Baptiste holds a Bachelor’s degree in Land Survey from Institut d’ Enseignement Superieur de RUHENGERI. He is currently Tutorial and Administrative Assistant in Land Survey department at INES-Ruhengeri. He is good at conducting surveying practicals and surveying CAD.
