Jean Claude HABIMANA holds a bachelor's degree in crop production from the University of Rwanda and an Advanced Diploma in horticulture and irrigation technology from an Agrostudies center in Israel. He is currently pursuing a master's program in agri-economics at Tel Hai University in Israel. Additionally, he works as an agronomist at INES Ruhengeri, specifically in the Plant Biotechnology Unit focusing on seed production and multiplication.
