Emmanuel NTURANYENABO brings over a decade of experience in communication, public relations, content coordination, multimedia, and documentary filmmaking for NGOs and universities in Rwanda.

Currently serving as the Public Relations Officer at INES Ruhengeri, he spearheads the development and implementation of comprehensive public relations strategies aimed at enhancing the institution's reputation.

Emmanuel is not only a journalism and communication graduate but has also completed an undergraduate program in Soil and Water Management at the University of Rwanda. His passion lies in narrating the stories of organizations contributing to a better world. His particular interest in how INES-Ruhengeri utilizes applied sciences to positively impact the lives of students, staff, and the community has driven his involvement in this transformative movement.
